Printers Found

The Printers Found screen lists all the printers (or multi-function devices) discovered on the local network. Select the desired printer from the list and click Next.

To identify the printer, print a network configuration page, then match the hardware address to the address that appears on the screen. For instructions on printing a network configuration page, see the documentation that came with the printer.

If your desired printer is not listed, try one of the following:

• Click the Search Again button, or
• Click the Cancel button to exit, then run the install wizard again.

Check the following if the printer does not appear in the list:

1. Check the network port lights on the back of the printer:

If the link light is...	Then...
On and green	Click Next.
Off	o Verify that the network cable is securely connected to both the printer and the Wireless Access Point (WAP), either a wireless network hub, router, or gateway. o Verify that the Wireless Access Point (WAP) is turned on. o Verify that the printer is turned on. o Verify that the computer is connected to the network.
